Locations for our Forest Therapy walks
We have several options for our forest therapy walks. Typical walks are 3 or 4 hours in length taken at a slow pace. Several invitations are included to help you connect with your senses and the environment around you. This can be done in many locations including conservation areas, provincial parks and local walking trails, however the incredible benefits that forest therapy offers are better suited to more secluded trails. Below are a list of available locations where we can offer sessions. Other locations are also available upon request.
There cost is $65/per person with a minimum of 2 participants per session. Our Guide can travel to locations within the Ottawa Valley so please reach out if you have a location in mind. We look forward to supporting you on your journey as you develop tools that build healthy habits, including time spent in nature. Together we can have an inner journey in the outdoors.
